Sopot Science Day 2025

The MARBEFES project supported Sopot Science Day, an event dedicated to the general public. Nearly 30 institutions gathered at IO PAN to inspire, engage, and share knowledge about marine biodiversity, the challenges posed by human impact, and solutions for living sustainably with our seas. The event attracted around 800 visitors, offering them the chance to explore interactive exhibitions, hands-on activities, and discussions that connected science with everyday life. It was a vibrant celebration of curiosity and collaboration, highlighting the importance of protecting our marine environment for future generations.
